Compare which Lion-O is better?

Grew up with the 80s version and loved it. The 2011 leaves a lot to be desired. They turned Lion-O from a strong character into a whiny brat and really regressed Tygra's age making the new more irritating as Tygra was an older male role model for the original Lion-O. The new one felt like they tried too hard to capture what the original had and no wonder one season was all there was of the 2011 it failed at promoting the Code of Thundera. What would have made the 2011 series better is if they said this group were the descendents of the original making it much more believable in its own way. That is just my opinion. Loved the Art work of the new series but plot was awful.
